Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Time

    •    Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

    •    Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping time does not include processing time.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.

Incorrect Address

Lé D’or is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as delivered, Lé D’or is not responsible. Please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
